If
you’re like me who tries to stay way from toy stores because you think that
most of them were created for business sake alone, then you will love shopping
from this online toy shop. Mom and Milly offers educational
toys for toddlers that will help in developing your child’s skills-
cognitive, emotional, social and fine motor skills.
What
I love about their toys?
Endless possibilities
Blocks,
puzzles, connectors can boost your child’s creativity. They can make dinosaurs,
houses and trucks- whatever floats their boat.
Affordable
Hindi mahal! Yes to educational toys
that will not burn a hole in your wallet.
Hassle free
The
owner, Katrina Alcantara, is so easy to transact with. She will send you an
e-billing with the list of items you purchased and the different method of
payments to choose from. When the toys were delivered to my house, they look
exactly the same from the photos posted. I just hate it when I purchase something from an
online store and I get something entirely different from the photo-either it’s
too small or it just didn’t make it to my expectations. Tip: you can ask for a
discount if you’re buying toys in bulk.
Familiarity
Since I’m trying to build a classroom for my kids, I want
toys that are similar to what we have in preschools and not commercial type of
toys. With this, it will be easier for my child to adapt to the real class
setting when we finally decide to enroll her in a big school.
Long-lasting
Their products do not easily break. It’s something you can
pass on to younger kids but just make sure to clean it thoroughly and handle
with care. To keep the toys organized, I just bought cheap (59 pesos each) plastic baskets from the SM Store. You can also teach your child to pack away on their own after their play time.
From manipulatives to building blocks and pretend play toys,
you’ll surely find something to keep your child busy especially this summer.
Check out Mom & Milly for an updated list of toys. Enjoy!
